If you have an immigration court hearing, you MUST attend. Do NOT ignore any MASTER or CALENDAR hearing as it could negatively impact your case. The judge may dismiss your case if you are not present.
If you missed your court, take action IMMEDIATELY. The judge may reopen the case if there are extraordinary circumnstances that prevented you from attending. Timing is everything.

Have you lost your case?
It’s not over until it’s over! Loosing your case in Court does not mean you’ve exhausted all your remedies. Depending on the circumnstances, you may either qualify for a Motion to Reopen or you may be able to appeal your case before the Board of Immigration Appeals. You have 30 days from the date of the Court’s decision to file a Notice of Appeal, and you must state the reasons for your appeal. If you recently lost your case, you have to act fast!
